Fasting rules at a glance

"Strict Fast" means no meat, dairy, eggs, fish, wine or oil; "Wine and Oil Allowed" and "Fish Allowed" relax that rule. Follow your parish and spiritual father's guidance — see the Orthodox fasting guide for what can be eaten.
